Returns:

As ghee is a food product, we accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Product delivered is damaged or tampered
  • Wrong item sent

You must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the order with clear photos via WhatsApp or email.

Exchanges:

We will initiate a free replacement or 100% refund for valid complaints. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

Non-returnable items:

  • Opened jars
  • Products without original packaging
  • Orders placed during special discount campaigns
